Every Man 2 (men over 40) but i'm not 40+ lol.... oops..

I bought these vitamins and they cost me 37 dollars... I already opened them and didn't realize they are for men 40+ I'm 29.... is it a big deal or not? I'm guessing it's not really a big deal but any thoughts or input would be great! Thanks

I think you will be fine mate its only vitamins just treat it as a test run for when you get there over 40 that is lol

It would just have some different things added that men over 40 would be concerned with. For example it would have vitamins for prostate protection, antioxidants for aging, less iron due to it increasing risk of heart disease at that age, more Vitamin B6 to help the body metabolize proteins etc etc. Don't worry about it tho, it still has pretty much everything you need in a multi vitamin. Just take them till they are gone and buy the right ones next time
