Don’t know my body fat percentage but I have attached a photo so you can see I am fairly lean.
Been training for 3 years now, very hard to put on weight. I do weights 3 times a week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday. I lift for about 1.5 hours each session. On Thursdays I do a 10k run (which I know isn’t ideal for bulking but running makes me feel real good). Nutrition is very good I have at 5-10 of my ‘five’ a day. Lots of carbs, 150g of protein a day, I eat every 3 hours.
All suggestions very much welcome how I can bulk up, here is the first cycle I may run:
Test E 500 And Deca 300 once a week, inject both once a week on Monday.
Test E for 12 weeks, Deca for 10
PCT clomid & nolva.
