    Cycle for Joint health?

I'm basing my cycle on post 28 of this thread.

    http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...ght=deca+joint

    Stats:
    Age - 50
    Height - 5'11"
    Weight - 190lbs
Body Fat - 15% (caliper test)
    Years Training - 35
Cycle Experience - HGH for the past 19 months 5iu/ed, Sustanon 250 cycle

Objective: Build lean muscle, not too much weight gain. Over the years and couple of knee surgeries my joints aren't feeling the best. I'd like to increase collagen synthesis though my joints.

    Proposed Cycle:
    Weeks 1-8, Anavar 80mg/ed + HGH 5iu/ed + Test Prop 200mg/wk
Weeks 9-12, Clomid + Nolvadex PCT

    Questions:
    1) According to post 28 the 200mg of Test is supposed to bring my level up to normal since the Anavar suppress the endogenous level of natural Test. I couldn't find any studies that support this claim. Any feedback from the forum would be welcomed.
    2) Post 28 also recommends EQ or Deca to be used for Joint health. Would this be a good idea to add my with Var + HGH + Test cycle?

you wanna increase the stuff in your joints. its said that hyaluronic acid pills are good for joints. i havnt tried yet but have some coming. get the kind with the molecular weight small enough to be digested known as injuv hyaluronic acid.

deca lubes the joints but im dont think it does anything as far as repairing anything thats been warn down. you vets can tell me if im wrong because maybe i am.

Hyaluronic acid? Can I get spelling check on that?

I am a frequent vitamin purchaser and haven't seen that one. This is a list of vitamins I currently take that may/may not help the joints (impossible to prove just about):

    Fish Oil (omega 3s)
    Krill Oil (omega 3s)
    Glucosamine Chondroiton
    L Lysine
    Magnesium

There is one I haven't bought yet that sells for $40 or $50 at GNC , Vitamin Shoppe etc. I can't remember the name but it comes in a black box and the active ingredient is Quandralarus Cissus (sp?). I have had two people swear that this product really works.

In my opinion and experience stretching and pyramiding up in weight will do more to save the joints than almost anything else.

At 50 years old, have you had blood work done to determine your natural test levels? You may be a candidate for test replacement therapy. It also gets harder and harder to recover after cycle as you age. If you were on TRT you could ditch the PCT.

I would add 200mg EW of Deca along with the test. Deca lubes your joints and is the only AAS proven to not only increase the strength of connective tissue but speed healing. Google this and you'll find the studies. A local surgeon told my training partner who tore 3 pec tendons from the bone that if he were running deca, it may not have happened.

Hyaluronic acid is added to a few of those joint supps (w/MSM, Glucosamine etc etc) one is called "move free" and the sell it at Costo. Was working well but I am fairly certain I had an alergic reaction to the Hyauronic Acid and had to stop using it. I actually just posted asking a question to others to see if anyone else had experience with using it (no one responded yet!)

Also try SuperCissus stuff works well for me. I am 38 and also have shoulder and knee issues. After Cissus....knee got a little better, but my shoulder pain went away 100%. A good set of wraps work good too....at least it did for me. Good Luck

Agree with cgb6810. You could probably get on HRT. You definitely want to get your BW done before hand so you know where you sit going into this.

I'm 43 and on HRT. I am currently taking the following:
    Test Cyp - 200mg/wk
    Deca - 200mg/wk
    Anavar - 50mg/ed
    HCG - 250iu x 2/wk
    B12 - 1000mcg/wk

As mentioned, the deca does work good on the joints and healing tissue. Just make sure you run at least an equal amount of Test when running deca.

Also, for OTC stuff ... EFA's are a must if you're not taking them. Glucosamine was mentioned, which is also effective.

Feel free to stop in at the HRT section of the forum if you have any questions on that subject.

Vetteman, that's almost the identical cycle I want to run. I've been on Glucosamine and MSM for 10 years. I've started taking cissus about a year ago along with G & MSM. If I was a little younger I could probably do the Chinese splits by now since my joints would be so perfect. LOL, but it's not to be. I have Test (Prop & Sustanon 250), Anavar (300tabs/20mg), HCG (2 vials, 5000iu/each), B12 (tablets 1g/each), Novadex + Clomid all on hand. I'll go get some deca. I'll get blood work done this week and see where I am. My last PCT was over 7 months ago so I'm feeling good about another cycle. Would you run the sustanon or prop?

I got some of that in powder form. I can usually eat/drink just about anything but that stuff is NASTY... I tried putting into pills/capsule but it's a PITA and it seems to clump up one you do; strange.

Well, if I had to pick one I'd go with the Sus. It has a variety in it, including the prop, and you won't have to pin as often.

On the B12, ditch the tabs and look at injection grade cyanacobalamin B12. Much more effective with getting into the blood stream, plus it's a good filler to push out any leftover "T" hanging around in the syringe.

Everything make sense on the HCG? Let us know or PM me. I got your earlier PM ... Thanks.
