2 cycles and a year later..30% bodyfat to 12% bodyfat

although the before picture was not truly indicitive of my bodyfat i was holding tons of water..you can see a little progress i think :] current weight is 199 i think? weight in previous picture (omnadren deca cycle) 255-260..this was taken in late march 2009..lean pics are today..starting PCT this weekend

Nice transformation. Dont be a fool and start bulking now, you will end up looking like your b4 pic in no time. Keep slowly stripping that fat off and keep slowly adding more muscle. Nice job!

honestly i think it could of definitely been better, for one you started your cycles too soon (though i can't blame you for that.) 2 i think you should be somewhat bigger for a guy with two cycles under his belt.

how big should i be exactly with only two small cycles? just curious i kind of felt a lean 200 was "big" or least kind of big lol

the first cycle was 500mg test with 275mg of deca..was unhappy with that cycle..second cycle was 250mg of text cyp with homebrewed tren that turned out to be hugely underdosed..so basically just 250mg of test with probably less then 100mg of tren a week..45 minutes of cardio everyday and followed a cyclic ketogenic diet..im going to take the next 3-4 months off and then do a test only cycle i think
