Incline db press & incline db fly ss.
bench press & dips ss.
flat db fly & db press ss.
supersets...
He said PRE-EXHAUSTION .. so i'd do flyes for 10 reps (not failure, but not easy either) and then a set of heavy dumbell press directly after (superset) - incline & incline or flat & flat... then dips & barbell decline...
However, I would only do one of these supersets per workout - 3 supersets in one workout is overkill IMO
