    My split?

    Hey, i was wondering if my split is good? i am looking for strength and size, i train compounds 5x5 and isolations 2x8-10. What should i adjust or change if anything at all?

    day 1 chest
    day 2 back bi (deadlifts)
    day 3 off
    day 4 shoulder tri abs
    day 5 legs (squats)
    day 6 off
    repeat

    my split is similar but i don't train bi's after back because they are not at 100% after doing chins, rows etc.

    mine is

    chest, bi
    legs
    shoulder, tri
    back, traps

    I often train the same method, the 5x5 by Needsize.

    I spilt it as such-

    chest bis
    legs
    off
    shoulder tris
    back
    off

    This way I hit my small muscle groups (arms) twice a week.

    IMO it is a solid method for strength and size.
