I'm not sure what you mean. aromasin is an aromatase inhibitor in the same class as letro, but letro is much stronger

Thanks for the remark Big. I did read somewhere on the profile page that aromasin (exematase) is much stronger than letro. that's why I asked the above question. Do have any experience with both, can u share some? thanks for the input.

    nope, aromasin is weaker.
I only recommend letro for gyno reversal.
what is it you intend to use an ai for? that will make is easier for me to advise.

It will reduce water retention like most of the AI's.

Trying find the most effective remedy for puffy nips. I used letro before but it never reversed puff nips completely. It was only good for few months. It wasn't a permanent fix. Some say (aromasin) exemestane is the killer hence the curiosity and question in this post. Did letro reversed your gyno?

    http://www.steroid.com/Aromasin.php

    Aromasin (exemestane)

Aromasin (Exemestane) is a steroidal suicide aromatase inhibitor, which means that it lowers estrogen production in the body by blocking the aromatase enzyme, the enzyme responsible for estrogen synthesization. (1)(2)(3)

This stuff was developed to fight breast cancer in post-menopausal women, who need a particularly aggressive therapy, and for whom first line defenses such as SERMS (Tamoxifen) have not worked. This should be our first clue in inferring that this stuff is pretty strong, or at least stronger than some of the other compounds which are used to fight breast cancer.

I've never had gyno, but everyone I know who has has had the most success reversing it with letro.

I would not use letro while on cycle. I would either use nolva or arimidex while on cycle depending on needs.

That's what I gather from reading about it on the profile page but does it have a long lasting effect or cure on puffy nips, that's what I;m getting into? I did used letro before and it only worked well for few months and I was back to square one with puffy nips several months later on. Any thoughts

I used C-bino guideline. It helped only few months once all the water was gone but several months I started clean bulking diet without cycle: and all of sudden i notice puffy nibs. which lead me to conclusion letro is not a permanent fix.

hmm, I've heard of some guys who had to have surgery to get rid of it. I've never had gyno so I don't have a lot of info, bump for someone who knows more about it.

I have used letro with good success, but I do need to run an ai everytime I cycle now to make sure it doesn't come back.

I don't think my situation is close to surgery so long I don't cycle no more.
    just tryint to point out
that letro isn't a permanent fix (ateast) from my experience.
And aromasin could not be a fix considering the number of folks heading toward surgery after trying this and that. Thanks for the Feedback Big.
Always feel to give them. Peace out.

Letro should work with either estrogen or progesterone related gyno.. how long did you run it at 2.5mg? Are you sure its not just fat?

I reversed my gyno with letro using c-bino's guidelines as well and mine (estrogen related) actually came back as well, but I think I waited too long to start the process.

never mind, he's one of the brightest guys here and he and I both were wondering how long you ran it at the above dose, and how you know it's gyno, but apparently it's play time so I'm done advising you.

my conclusion woulld not suit u igifuno; u need to research & devise yours. C_Bino devised his and worked 4 him but not all. It is a long away to go.. especially for those of us without a sponsor, a personal trainer, a private medical doctor, and a manager to periodically track our perfomance, diet, blood systems and pay for supplement expenses. It is a trickery journey igifuno.

lol let it go bro, at this point you and I would be chasing our tails to try to make sense of this. I have a mental list of member's I'll refrain from advising in the future, and I update it practically every day
