    diet post-cycle?????

Hey guys, just wanted some input on what yall have been doing for your diet after your cycle is over? I have only done one cycle and after I finished I lost all the gains I made. I think it was my diet, got it fixed now and hope to hold on to my gains for my next cycle.

    Thanks

well you need to up the protein and cals to help preserve the new muscle you put on bcaas throw them back all day long some creatine. post your diet up in the diet section and let the pros hack at yours.

Once you enter PCT I'd maintain a high calorie die, preferably it should be a continuation of your diet whilst you were on cycle, with protein forming the foundation of the diet as catabolic hormones are in the ascendancy such as cortisol to name one. Now i'd maintain this during PCT and once you enter the post PCT phase i'd adjust the diet depending on your goals.

So is it possible to keep all the muscle you gain, I know you can't stay the same weight due to water retension.

And yes, it is capable to keep almost 100% of the gains you make on your first couple cycles but its so uncommon because no one understands the ins and outs well enough and by the time the do they are past their genetic limit anyway.

    Hope that helps
