I understand that AAS keep the body running in an anabolic state and through research I understand that Testosterone keeps the body from running, or at least help out, when using a deficit in diet to keep the body in an anti-catabolic state.
So besides using it to build muscle, its also good when cutting up when your diet is calorie deficient and you need to spare muscle. (performing cardio, etc...)
Can someone please chime in and explain to me how test keeps you anti-catabolic?
