    starting my first cycle and need some help.

    I am about to start my first cycle.Im thinking about running test prop and anavar.Are these a good combanation for stacking and if so what doses do yall reckon i should take of each. Just so yall know im trying to cut fat and gain good size thats why i was told to chose these 2.The anavar will be oral.All help and comments are appreciated.

    General idea of your diet-I friend who is a nutrionist who wrote me a diet(loads of protein)5 meals not counting the protein shakes.

    Thanks for the stats.... It sounds to me if you have a nutrionist lined up you are on the right path.

    How come you left Training Experience blank?

    Are you just new to training?

    well i have never traied with AS but just worked out in highschool and college for baseball and have the same friend helping me alter the workout style and pace.So will this stack be a good combanation in your opinion for cutting fat and size?

    No... you need to get back in the gym and develope a regular routine before even thinking of AAS. Not to mention you are a little young. Spend 2 years eating right and training hard, you'll be looking and feeling awesome. If you turn to AAS right now while just getting back into the swing of things you may injure yourself. Your muscles will grow faster then the tendons and can result in serious injury.

    Like I said, develope a good diet and a healthy routine with a nice base, then revisit the idea of AAS when you're 25.

    I have been working out for 7 years stright I just graduated college in may so its not like I havent been working out.He just going to alter the type of lifts amount of reps and so forth.As for the dieting I have been on a strict diet for 6 months now.This wasnt just an overnight idea. sorry if it came off like that.I was just wanting to make sure this was a good stack and some opinions of people who have done it or people with a better knowledge then my self on what doses should be taken.

    Absolutely correct. 25 should be considered the minimum age to run your first cycle, and truthfully I'd rather see you do it once you've stopped making gains naturally. With proper diet, supplementation, and training you can continue to build strength well into your 40s, and even early 50s without steroids.

    I also agree that you need a minimum of two years of constant training under your belt, and three to five would be preferable.
