Thread: please help

    please help

    right ive been on test e for 3 weeks, forth injection is today and ive been on 50mg dianabol a day (naposim) for 2 weeks now, i went to the docs today and my blood pressure is 135 over 79 and my pulse was 104, now this is maybe very very slightly higher then normal but on a dose like 50mg i would have thought it would be higher,dont get me wrong im pleased im not but that and the fact i havent had any water retention has made me question my dianabol, 2 weeks in i should start to look a bit puffy right? and no noticable strength gain, does this sound like bunk gear????? eating 4000kcals a day train 1 body part once a week

    does the amount of water you drinkdaily contribute to the amount of water retention you get???

    Not always true, but typically you'd notice something by now at those dosages. Could be another compound, or bunk.

    Along with the rest of your diet, yes.

    Im not saying I havent gained anything because I have. My weight has gone up 11 lb but i was very skinny and yes i cud have gained naturally which this cud well be i was 10st 10 lb when i started 2 weeks ago and along with personal problems i hardly ate a thing b4 so this weight cud just be from food alone right? and before i get slated for starting while being skinny, i did a cycle mid last year 5oomg sustanon and in 12 weeks i gained 4 stone,and obviously had a lot of water retention, but i did go from skinny to relatively big in a short space of time, anyways my question now, is the reason im not getting water retention due to me starting off so skinny?

    Not necessarily. You can gain water with a high BF, or low BF. My water wasn't excessive at all on my last run with Dbol. I kept it under control via AI's and diet.

    How tall are you? 10 stone is a bit light. You should have been on a consistent diet before you started this cycle. What does your diet look like?

    i admit my diet isnt the best but i have a fast metabolism so i can get away with eating a few junk foods in my daily intake,whether this hinders my gains i dont know
    meal 1 - 5.00am, 4 boiled eggs, tin of chopped tomatoes,1 pt of full fat milk
    (ive always struggled to eat food 1st thing)
    meal 2 - 8.00am, a whey shake consisting of 45g protein 60g carbs made
    with full fat milk =800 kcals and a banana
    meal 3 -10.15am free meal from work- usually 4 fried eggs,2 sausage chips
    chopped tomatoes,banana and sometimes oats but i only
    have 15mins break,so have to get food down quick
    meal 4 -2.00pm either lamb,chicken or beef with potatoes or chips and veg
    pudding with custard, bananna
    meal 5 -5.00pm a whey shake again
    meal 6 -8.00pm steak or chicken with mash or boiled potatoes

    should i be just getting any food down me,as im so skinny or is it still important to get the bodybuilding foods like, egg whites,cottage cheese, wholegrain foods,fish/tuna

    No, stick with a healthy diet. What you eat on the inside, depicts what you'll look like on the outside.

    thanks for your help, i will try to make it more healthy,just a little hard going from what im on to complete healthy foods
