I feel you can add more weight naturally at your height. To really determine if you ready is not only your current stats, but understanding everything in regards to Steroids, Ancillaries, Medications to treat side effects, Post Cycle Protocols, not to mention understanding the fundamentals of nutrition and training.
I have been reading this website for the last two years on steroids, pct and diet... That's how I have fixed my diet. Though, I know it's not perfect but that is because I am at and have been at an eating plateau (if there is such a thing) I get sick if I eat anymore then what I am already eating.
What are you goals if you do plan to cycle?
I just want to do one cycle, get up to arond 185-190 at 9%... nothing crazy, just somewhere that I can maintain the rest of my life... or as long as I can.
My diet will run about 60 30 10 on my p c and f
Protein will focus buffalo, chicken and fish, steak one day a week.
carbs are going to be consumed primarily through whole weat bread/fajita wraps
-(one day a week I will eat Pasta)
I will also be eating TONS of fruits and veggies, but I don't like to count those into my nutes, basically just cals or negative cals.
I haven't decided exactly what I want to do diet wise, but that will be the basic break down...
I may also go 40-40-20 for the first 2/3's of the cycle to mass then for the last 1/3 go to a 60 to 70 - 35 to 25 - 5
