testing your test??

i read somewhere that you can test you gear by putting it in the freezer for a short time. i always kept mine at room temp.is this true? what should happen? will it ruin your gear? need some good advice. thanks

if its real it will become cloudy and not freeze .i have onlt done it with amps.

I'm pretty sure this test doesn't always work. Check your amps and lot/batch numbers against those already in the gear pictures forum... if you can't find it post pictures here.
