If you have to much fat on you (and you do) and start taking AAS your not going to get the full benifet and are way more prone to Gyno. Everyone here will probably tell you Diet and Exercise till you get to atleast 15-16% before starting. That is also a good way to stay motivated if you really want to use aas.

The link between estrogen and higher body fat levels isn't necessarily true,

but if you're like the majority of steroid users, and your goal is aesthetics,

then the lower you get your body fat before a cycle, the more productive your cycle will be.

Gyno. Imo people are being too impatient if they are not willing to drop their bf to the 12-16% range

    Exactly!

What? You want me to actually put hard work in? Nope, I'm just going to take this here magic stuff and let it melt my BF away.

I will admit I have done it at 20%. Never had trouble with gyno (perhaps I am not prone...yet). Some water retention but some Arimidex took care of that.

It did help me to burn much more fat and gain muscle at the same time. Would I recommend it? No, I probably wouldn't do it that way again either but it can be done provided you have your diet down perfect and extremely clean.

I'm 48 and at somewhere between 16 and 19% bf (my caliper says 15% but I don't believe it). Man, let me tell you, it gets real hard to lose bf% the older you get. I'm on trt, and some other "stuff", and I'm noticing some of the stubborn spots (chest, love handles) are slowly going away. When I was younger, getting below 13% would have been no big deal. Now, without the stuff I'm taking, I could probably cardio to the limits of my sore knees and bad back and not get to the BF% you guys recommend before aas. but then again, my doseage for test is probably alot less than what some of you may be taking.

Man i am 33, trying to get rid of the handles is the biggest mission. It can be done with motivation, diet and lots of cardio...
