    Question Uneven traps

So one of my traps is about 5-10% bigger then the other side. It's not really noticeable but it bugs me when I look in the mirror. What can I do to possibly even it out?

    Current trap workout:

    2x12 2x8 barbell shrugs
    3x10 reverse barbell shrug

I just started doing my shrugs on the smith machine last week. I prefer to use just bar, but all my buddies enjoy the smith machine for shrugs. Maybe the smith machine will work my traps evenly?

just do Dumbell rows on the weaker side after your work out until it gets to the size of your other half..

Heavy one handed smith machine or hammer strength machine shrugs for the weaker side.

Form. I had one side larger than the other for years. I believe it was really due to form and not doing them correctly to begin with.

I had uneven bi's and dumbbells did the trick. With barbells you allow one side to cheat for the other. I dont like the idea of doing more exercises with the weak side at the end of the workout. That leaves the chance for the secondary muscles of whatever exercise you decide to do to become uneven.
