    Avoiding the Law Using AAS

    Hope this isn't breaking rules.

Now I have been using AAS for a year now...which means I am still very new to the game. I have a long road ahead of me, and certain paths may bring troubles. I will be using AAS for years to come, and who knows what mistakes I may make in the next 15 years.

Now, the point of this thread.....

For those of you who have faced legal troubles, could you please share your experiences? This can vary from controlled deliveries, being caught with posession when pulled over for a traffic stop, or even getting caught red-handed in the middle of an injection. I ask this so I may learn from a few mistakes and better prepare myself to remain socially and economically stable. Best to avoid any possible jail time as I have kids and a wife.

I have travelled internationally with AAS in my luggage, and even injected in the backseat of my car at work. This reflection made me realize I may be making some huge mistakes that have been made in the past, and I may be setting myself up for failure- if I don't wake up.

Please share if you can. Thanks...

Thinking ahead, a good sign young man. This shows you are bright and off to a good start (at least as far as what this post is about). Here are a couple of fine resources with you that you can use to educate yourself around these types of issues and dealing with the police. www.leap.cc this is an organization of former and current police officers, judges, dea agents, etc who are against the war on drugs. While they do not focus on steroids, they understand it's a waste to make it illlegal for someone to possess testosterone, that it can not be stopped, and in trying to do so the gov't is just pissing our money away in efforts to supposedly get rid of all drugs even though everyone in their right mind knows it's impossible. And this video here is a must see to provide you with an education in how to deal with the police:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wXkI4t7nuc and here is one that teaches you the right way to handle a traffic stop: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eDJrQBwJpqk[/B] good luck, stay safe. Plan ahead. Know your rights and always exercize them. I would also search youtube for video's on how to deal with the police if and when they come knocking on your door. Any time any police officer approaches you, you are basically under 1 of 3 legal statuses: 1. Under arrest, 2. Being detained, or 3. Free to leave Now a lot of people get intimidated when a police officer stops them to talk to them or knocks on their door to talk to them. DON'T. Find out what your legal status is and if it's 3. Leave! Also, when police approach you you are often under status 3 but feel obligated to answer the cop's questions because of their intimidating manner, the fact they have a uniform and gun, etc. Well odds are that the cop didn't stop you to have a friendly chat. They stopped doing that in the early 70's, from the moment they approach you they are 'conducting an investigation. That investigation is designed to do one thing: Gather incriminating evidence against you to give them reasonable suspicion to detain you, probable cause to search you or arrest you, etc. It is not to be you friend. So by talking with the cop you are making a big mistake so don't do it. "I'm not interested in answering any questions officer" Officer in intimidating voice: "Why not, if you've got nothing to hide?" You: silence You: Officer am I free to leave? or You: Officer, I would like to leave as soon as I am legally allowed to do so (then keep your mouth shut, do not consent to searches of your car or person (if the cop asks like "is it OK if I search you" YOU: "I dont consent to searches officer" (if they are detaining you they have a right to do what is called a 'Terry Pat' which is a patting down the outside of your clothing to check to see if u have a weapon for the cops and your safety while the cop questions you (which you are not obligated to answer any of the questions). So this means patting you down, squeezing your pockets to look for guns and knives. It DOES not include squeezing your pockets and feeling a pill bottle or a 10ml vial and then telling you to empty your pockets. If the officer ORDERS you to be searched (get clarification as you do not ever consent to searches, be very clear that you are being searched against your will and under duress. Later in court your lawyer can argue that it was not reasonable for the cop to think the 10ml vial was a dangerous weapon that could harm him or you during his brief questioning of you and get your case for possession of a class III substance thrown out of court.

I just spent some time watching this: www.leap.cc. I like the debate between the former police officer Steven, (a member of LEAP), and Richard. They never say who this Richard guy is (DEA, etc?). Listen to the logic and the points being made. 60,000 arrests in a year in California. Money down the toilet. I also believe all drugs should be legal. Now if you become a total asshole, wreck your car, or cause a catastrophe at work because you're high, well then now it's your fault, not the drugs'. Just the F'N way it should be. They also mention that Prop 19 isn't removing prohibitive regulations for driving or going to work high. I don't do any drugs, other than SWIM doing AAS . But anything ingested should not be a controlled substance. I feel it violates human rights to a great degree.
