i want to start hitting the gym in the early AM, and was wondering if taking NO two times a day is harmful? and another question, should i cycle off of this stuff at any point, or can i take it every day for months?

It's probably not a good idea to take it 2x a day, as most of the packages recommend no more than 1 dose in a 24 hr period. Cycling it? Eh...I don't think it's effective enough to warrant cycling.
thanks. i usually only half dose because in the evening because a full dose gets me like i just hit a ripper!
