Hey guys so i play baseball. and i was on my 8th week of test/deca and hurt my ankle really badly during a sliding play while running the bases. anyway my situation has been bad since i couldnt even walk for 3 weeks. Now approaching my pct. i can jog and walk fine...but i still cant even play baseball not to mention leg training is out of the question. so i have been going to the gym when my injury allows...i only do moderate upper body. mostly reps. since i havent lifted heavy in weeks. I have been trying to eat on track...so my weight has been decent...i statrted out with i wanna say 168.4 lbs.....now towards the end i weighed between 177.5 lbs to 181-182 lbs my highest....but things have started to slow now im more like 175-177 lbs because school is keeping me busy and i havent been going to the gym too much....nevertheless i wanna pick things up during PCT.
My question is im looking to put on 5 lbs naturally during pct...Is this possible just thru eating and working out considering im coming off aas???
Please post your suggestion for a guy with a bum ankle still trying to stay in the game
