    Critique Back Routine

    Im trying to build a big back of course so please give suggestions on what i could add or change. So far this has worked pretty well. I was thinking about adding in dumbbell Rows.

    Back Routine
    Bent Rows 3x10
    Wide Pull Downs (Row bar) 3x10
    Close Grip Rows 3x10
    Reverse Grip Pull Downs 3x10
    Deadlifts Heavy

    Add in 5 sets of ten wide grip pullups extending arms to lock out each rep at the beginning. It will do wonders for adding width.

    If you're just looking for a change then drop the bent rows for tbar rows.

    i'd add the pull-ups to the beginning as well. nothing worse than looking like a fool trying to do pull-ups at the end of a back workout.

    Yep, like others have said start off with some wide-grip pullups...if you are able to do weighted pullups, even better. I would then do your deadlifts right after the pullups. Rest of the routine looks pretty good...aim for around 16 sets total.

    something i started incorporating at the end of my workout - 2 or 3 sets of close grip pull-downs for about 3-5 reps. find a weight that you really find yourself struggling to get the 5th rep and might not even get 5 reps on that 3rd set.
