I'm thinking about starting a cycle of test. I play baseball and I've heard helps alot with soreness. I also would like to get bigger to. I have my off and on periods of lifting especially when the season comes around. I'm 5'10 weigh about 175 to 180 I really would like to know some do and donts. What kind dosage I should use anything helps. I just want to be more informed on what I'm getting into before I make a decision on what I want.
