This literally takes 2/3 extra mins to make scrambled egg, and is worth it. My advice would be to make a big bowl of it (to save having to cut up ingrediants and mixing them each time) and just leave it in fridge ready to serve each morning.
- Cut up 1/4 red onion into little baby chunks, chuck it into bowl.
- Buy some cut up chunks of ham (100 - 200g will suffice) throw them in too.
- Crack 10 - 12 eggs into the bowl. I usually only keep 3/4 yolks.
- Mix it up, put some cling film over the top and put in fridge.
- When cooking, put some milk into a frying pan, and add the egg mixture.
Give it a try, it honestly makes scrambled egg bareable for me. Try with different meats too, Chorizo is very nice, but has quite a high fat content (About 23g per 100g I think).
