Tomw I start my cycle of deca 400mg test 200mg test cyp weeks 1-16. I'm curious on how this will affect my volume of training I'm going to be able to do and how I can tell if it's to much or not enough. I'm not a body builder but an athlete training to get stronger, faster and a little leaner. My workouts are very CNS taxing. How do steroids help the CNS recover. Or do they not?
My plan was to do my conditioning in the morning. This consists of my warm up, dynamic stretching, skill work and interval, for time or as fast as possible work out lasting 5-25 min. This is 3 days on 1 day off.
In the afternoon or early evening I do my weightlifting. We lift mon-Thr and typically max 1 rep snatch and clean and jerk on Saturday. This gives us Fri
and Sunday off.
My sleep is on average 7 hrs a night but I'm going to up that to 8. And my diet is dialed in. I've made great gaines in the last 3 months. My stats 5'11 188 11%
