Sorry didn't mean to confuse you, I was just equating measurements. I wasn't trying to say that you only have 1 mg of Nolvadex per mL. My statement didn't exactly have anything to do with your original question, so sorry for the mix up. This might be more clear:

1 Cubic Centimeter of Water is equivalent to 1 milliliter of Water is equivalent to 1 milligram of Water is equivalent to 0.1 decimeters^3 of Water. 20mg/mL is the concentration of Nolvadex. For every mL of fluid you have 20 mg of your Chemical.

its a 1ml oral syringe its graduated into tenths of 1ml (one only one ml)total is the full syringe. notice the decimal before the numbers, this indicates tenths .1 .2 .3 .4 .5 .6 .7 .8 .9 with the highest measurement having no decimal indicating 1ML(one ml)(full syringe) it does not read 10ml, only 1ml

the concentration of ar-r's tamox is 20mg per ml

the full syringe to the 1ml mark is a 20mg dose..
    at the .1 mark = 2mg
    at the .2 mark = 4mg
    at the .3 mark = 6mg
    at the .4 mark = 8mg
    at the .5 mark = 10mg
    at the .6 mark = 12mg
    at the .7 mark = 14mg
    at the .8 mark = 16mg
    at the .9 mark = 18mg
at the 1ml mark (full syringe) = 20mg

LOL. Where the hell did you go to school?
1ml of water = 1 gram (but that is completely irrelevant to what the OP is asking).

I'm going to be a dick and really **** with someone's head here...lol.
Each ml of liquid tamox actually contains 30.4mg of tamoxifen citrate. However, Astra-Zeneca decided to confuse the whole world and discount the weight of the citrate portion. So what they call a 20mg tab of Nolvadex is really 30.4mg of Tamox Citrate. This is neccessary to know if you brew your own SERMs, since all the dosing protocols take this citrate discounting into account. But this only applies to Tamox, and not Clomid or most other drugs.
