Question about my cycle

Hello i am thinking of making my 2nd cycle and i want your opinion.

I am 20 years old, 168 pounds and 1.78 tall. I am kind of a beginner so take it easy with me.

My cycle will be 12 weeks.

Deca = 200mg 1-6 week.
Sustanon 250 = 400 mg 1-6 week.
winstrol/clenbuterol/testosteron proprionate = 7-12 week.

My question is about the first 6 weeks thats why i didnt post the dosages for the next weeks.

Well on my last cycle i developed puffy nipples...I was taking nolvadex during my cycle and for PCT. So i am thinking of not using anti estrogen this time during my cycle bt use AI like letro on low dosage.

Deca is progesterone so can cause gynecomastia too. i will run it with sustanon so if i use nolvadex and the gynecomastia is caused by deca it will get worse. So my question is:

Do you think adding 0.5 mg of letro per day for the first 6 weeks then start nolvadex for the last 6 weeks it will be fine ? So letro will take care of the water retention of sustanon and will take care of gyno.

Your knowledge on the usage of aas is seriously lacking.......

But besides that your far to young and risk causing yourself serious health issues for the long term. Your also under weight which tells me that your failing to grasp the most important aspect of BBing, which is diet.....

Lets start this at the beginning, please head down to the diet forum and post your full daily diet...........

I understand what you mean but i was 60 kg and now i am 78....i cant go any further...I was on a diet with high carbs for a long time bt still...cant go any further :P

The reason i am here is about my question nothing more nothing less :P

Unless your a diet expert i'd still suggest you post your diet in the diet forum bro, there isnt a single member on this board thats going to advise a 20 year old on the usage of aas....
