    Trying to cut..

    Ive been reading the forum for about 8 months now.. and just decided to sign up.... I started at 205+ LBS I am currently 158 LBS.. I am wanting to cut down more body fat but I am starting to wonder if I am ever gonna reach my goal..Id like for my stomach to be flat and show some ABS lol... But just thinking to myself I probably will have so much extra skin ill never get them to show. Anyway

    I figured i'd document this journey as I go. Should be fun. Any tips or advice would be much appreciated

    Congrats on the big loss... what were your before stats and what are they now? Also, do you have any before pics?

    i dont know i started at 260 now im at 196 and i have extra skin it sucks

    Bro those abs will show, trust me. You might have just a tad bit of meat at the very bottom which is hard for like 80% of people to get rid of without surgery so knowing that, it is what it is. Good luck. Diet and cardio are your best friend

    You can reach your goals. I'd say with proper diet and training you could reach your goals in 4/5 months. Just think from today, if you follow diet/training advice you are 120 days away. Goodluck.

    And dont get carried away with the scales. just take it one week at a time.

    Agreed, DONT watch the scales. Trust the mirror and better yet take pictures every 2 weeks or so, at least once a month. I started at 210lbs and went down to 165lbs in about 6 months. Ive worked back up to 185 and still gaining but muscle this time. I have a LITTLE loose skin but not enough to worry about. I can still see abs for the first time in my life although I'm not trying to cut yet or get down to 10% YET. Another 2 months and Ill stop dropping the fat. You can see my pictures from before and recent in my album on my profile.

    Looking good, great work and i don't think you will major problems with extra skin. Doesn't look that way to me.

    Well I am a few LBS lighter weighed in at 152 today... Been steping up the cardio big time.... Only complaint is my diet I don't feel like I have enough energy through out the day. Heres a quick snap shot not the greatest... Ill be putting some better ones up on friday.

    Good work, keep going. Remember if you take a week off, it puts your goal 3 weeks further away. Keep at it its all about consistency. I find it helps to keep a calender and plan each week on sunday and stick to it.

    Yea i been working hard been focusing on what I eat and cardio more then any thing. I am like 149LBS right now I def wanted to stick in the 150's but I guess that isnt gonna happen until I get rid of all the fat then build muscle.

    Heres a few more photos. Sorry they are crap kinda hard taking shots by myself. Not huge improvements but I figured ill just keep posting them to keep me on track.

    biceps are looking good! you'll be looking like a real stud soon as that BF % gets down there!
