    ~5 Month Back Progression

Gonna get better pictures up hopefully by the end of Sunday along with full body pics but this is what I have so bear with me. Do any of you guys see much improvement ? Be as honest as you want - also I realize my second photo is sortof blurry so I will try to get a new one tomorrow.

All i see is the first one looks relaxed and the second looks blurry and like you flexed. I see a little bit more of mass but honestly i cant tell anything from those pics

    For back I do:

    - Deadlift
    - Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs
    - T Bar Row
    - Seated Row
    - Wide Grip Pull Ups.

Or did you want exact reps/sets ?

And if it's any consolation, I use to be 225 lbs, and down to 174 lbs. At first my main goal was losing fat, and now since ~ Jan/Early Feb I've put more emphasis on weight lifting.

Yes, total sets/reps. Unless you can't pull yourself up on wide grip chins, I would drop the lat pulldown.

I still need counterweight on wide grip chins this is what it currently looks like (with 1-2 warm up sets, 45 seconds between reps, 2 minutes between sets, slightly more rest for deadlift):

    Sets X Reps

    5 x 5 Deadlift
    4 x 6 Lat Pull Downs
    3 x 6 T Bar Rows
    3 x 7 Seated Row
    5 x 6 Wide Grip Chin Ups

The 6 reps aren't set in stone, if I can go up to 8 reps in the set I will.

Don't laugh but my max Deadlift is only 245 lbs. It's the lift I progress the slowest at - probably due to having a 4 finger grip. Lifting straps / gloves sortof help as before my max was 175 lbs for the longest time. Atleast I can almost squat 3 plates
