I dropped flat bench and all shoulder presses (other then scott press), best thing I've done training wise. I was always getting shoulder injuries and tweaks while lifting. I 've been feeling great since making the change. At 40 years of age, I really want to enjoy training hard for as long as I can...which will be a long time if I'm smart.
Chest -weighted dips, declines, Db press
Shoulders - side raise, side raise Glass style (heavy: 75s) and scott presses:high reps
I only pick one of the above fpor each workout.
