I have used it for a few months now with great results. Minimal water retention, increased endurandce and pump, and faster recovery times
I used to use creatine mono and would bloat like a balloon, have stomach issues, and loading? ya that sux
This stuff, or any Kre-alkalyn, is far superior Its got a buffered ph so its stable and you need much less to get more results... plus no loading and you dont have to cycle it
1-2 caps once a day and you're good to go
And the price is pretty damn reasonable
