My 1st Primo/Test/Anv Cycle and i need serouis help

Hey Guys
this is my first ever cycle Primo/Test/Anv
i need some help on points that is confusing me
i am 29 years and the cycle is as follow

* Anv WK 1-8 50mg/day
* Primo WK 1-10 500mg/week
* Test prop WK1-8 40-50mg/day

i will Run HCG 250IU/WK and Nov 20mg/day for PCT

my questions are :

* For Primo should i take the whole 500 mg in one shot one day per week or can i take every 3 days 250mg so total per week shall be 500 mg

* For the Novaldex should i start on which week exactly , can i start taking it if i feel something during the cycle and if i feel what i must take it

* Finally for the HCG is is necessary in that cycle or the Novaldex is enough and if it is necessary when exactly i should start taking it after the cycle or during

Once upon a time a great man (Dorian Yates) gave a great advice: "Try one thing at a time and get feedback from each one"
you want to take three compound in your first cycle, so if anything happens how the hell you would know what causing what?!
Why not trying the recommended first timer cycle which is a test only cycle?

Just stick to test only for your first cycle. Long esters like test E or C are preferred. Run the hcg at 250iu twice a week. And your going to have to do more research on pct. Needs a lot more work...

But u need to do a lot more research before you cycle. You've got a lot to learn.

Anavar won't do anything for you at the Bf%, u need to get it down before cycling or else your leaving yourself open for to many sides. What's your diet look like brother?

honestly i am not on a fixed diet, i am just trying to keep the carbs for the morning and cut the fats as much as i can
my protein is high
but i am looking to add some lean quality muscle and that stack was the recommendation
of my coach but what i am confusing is on the doses and the PCT

You shouldn't use gear at that Bf%, leaving yourself open for ester related sides. My advice is not to cycle but to post your diet in the diet forum and achieve your goals through a proper diet.
