Depends on your stats, and cycle history....so let's start there.
Ive had a few cycles off test in the past. Im 6'3" 220

your prop and ace are dosed at 10mg per cc right?

My point is not everything is dosed the same. We measure in mg for a reason, not in mL or CC.
Jumping from test only to tren is a big step. You may want to consider something else.
so its 100mg per ml from what i understand. im takeing 1 ml of tren and 1ml of the test every other day...
It doesnt sound like you are ready to take Tren if your asking questions like this. If you've only done Test only cycles in the past why not try something with it like Deca,NPP, Dbol, Winstrol or whatever helps you reach your objectives?
It seems like your jumping in at the deep end without knowing all the info.
I'm not trying to be a smart arse but only prevent you from damaging your body unknowingly.

100mg ED Test Prop
50 to 75 mg Tren A ED depending on how your body handles it, Tren is no joke.
12 weeks worked good for me with good diet and PCT. You should make great gains.
Tren A is awesome but has serious side effects. Add in some letrozole. Also if you have bad side effects Tren A will be out of your system fairly quickly. You should do more research on Tren A it's all over this web site and the side effects and night sweats are horrible.

My sides haven't been too bad. Slight head aches and only a little sweaty. Has slight lower back pain but started drinking even MORE water and that cleared up.
what dose of each and how often and for how long. FYI Tren is not good for running and endurance sports just strength and size and fat burning if your diet is right on you will not have to worry about fat, in fact the food you eat because it is a nutrient partitioning agent means you grow more muscle and less fat (if any) from the food you eat. I've used it several times and it was incredible. Lean and strong as hell. Good luck what ever you decide.
