Depends on what/why your using it?, on/off cycle?, severity of acne or just acne prevention? Personally ive been on 40mg ed for severe acne for 4 or so months then tapered down to and as low as 10mg ed for very mild/ acne prevention for another 3 - 4 months. . . i was also doing regular bloods to monitior liver and i would recommend you also get bloodwork done

yea its for prevention on cycle i find that tren gives me very oily sore spots . not bad just a few all the time quite painful and just unwanted.

get liver values checked before you start and make sure they normal. . .10mg ed or 20mg eod depending on how yours are dosed will be fine. id start them with cycle and through pct then taper dose down over forthnight to finish. . .you might get some dry skin and chapped lips, a decent moisturiser and lip balm will sort that, no alcohol and if your on any orals to kickstart cycle then id use some milk thistle to be safe, in fact might be no harm to run milk thistle regardless. . .best of luck

Start low, 10mg/EOD.

I have hit 40mg/ED when my acne as VERY bad but for a limited numbr of weeks.

Get BW done as well, its fairly hepatoxic.

I get acne bad from cycles so i went to the dermatologist and i am now on 60mg a day im 200 pounds 6,2
i take 40mg in morning 20mg at night, am now on about month 4 and in the last month seen AWSOME results, well worth it
i have run a deca and sus cycle when on roacutane he did not know because he does not check your test levels

i get blood done every 2 months and he just checks the liver i think but if you run tren he will notice some levels change i think your cholesterol or something like that..... and dont run any orals on roacutane because it would be way to harsh on your liver and if you did he will take you of if your liver is not looking good

im sure some people on here can give you a bit more info but just thought you would like to hear my story

o yeah and you better be serious if you want to take it
i have to use a moisturizer soap in shower and a mosturizer cream after shower
Have to use vaso on my lips 7 times a day (after every meal)
and i started to get nose bleeds so then i had to start putting it up my nose maybe 1 or 2 times a day

SO ITS A SERIOUS COMMITMENT !

but in my opinion its worth it my skin is looking really good the wife loves rubing my soft smoth back now ( i used to have 20 big welts just on my back now im lucky to have 1)

Did you ever take a cycle while on Accutane, or do you have to wait until the accutane prescription has been completed before starting the cycle?

it depends how bad ur acne is. 40 ed is common for pretty bad acne, if it starts scaring ur face/you have scars and is servre ur gonna need to hit a heavy dose. which you should never do on you own, make sure u do it under a doctor.

i was on 80 ed it was ****ing hell. i had insane nose bleeds, 4-5 a day that would last 25-an hour each, pooring out till id be dizy. had my nose coterised like 5 times it never stopped.if you dont need accutane take my advise and dont use it. stuff works like magic for acne, and depends how much u care about ur skin, some ppl say its worth it some says its not. no way in hell will i take it again.

my suggestion would be taking vit B5, wash your face alot and use benz peroxide soaps.
