    Help on my diet!

    I am 24 years old.. I weigh 14 stone.. This diet is what i eat and i would like some feedback on the diet to see if theres any thing i could add pr change for better results.. Any help would be great thanks...,

    Breakfast
    100 grams porridge oats- 60 g carbs
    4 eggs, 2 yolks.. 35 grams protein

    Meal 2
    200 g chicken 32 g protein
    300g potatoes. 75 g carbs

    Meal 3
    300 g steak 79.1 g protein
    200 g cooked white rice 56 g carbs

    Meal 4 (before workout)
    100 grams cornflakes 84 g carbs
    Protein shake -35 g protein

    After training
    4 eggs 2 yolks 35 g protein

    Meal 6
    Protein shake 35 g protein

    Like slim said ur goals are a must as well as ur bf%...

    Some of ur carb choices don look too good as well as the 4 egg yolks per day ...

    U also need to include fat macros with each meal as well as calories and totals for the day.. Figure out ur bmr and tdee.. Read the sticky at the top about tdee..

    We dont have enuff info..
