    Welcome.

Are you planning on doing more cardio than 2x's a week? And are you open to doing fasted cardio if not already?

    Good luck to you~

Do you know tour bf%?? Can you add specific macros for the diet as in calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats for each food on each meal??

Where did you get the 3300 cal maintenance? Please provide those things so everyone can go off from there!!

I got the maintenence cals from bmr x 1.5. Also the macros are on with the bulk of stuff. I just wanna know if that looks like a good cutting diet or if im way off? Is it too enough protein i have tried to aim for 400g but have got 335 on the above outline also carbs and fats?? ???? Enough fat i could maybe drop one of the meals in the middle f the day to bring it down to 2700???? I will be taking fish oil supps and multi-vit, creatine and l-glutamine!!!

Your maintenance calories sound high. I am 5' 10" and weighed 210 with a BF in the low 20s when I started cutting at 2000 calories a day. I eventually had to lower it to 1800 calories, and will need to cut it further to get below 190. I cut at less calories than most, but I wanted to give you a reference.

Yeah thats the reason i was asking to see where you come up with the numbers, definitely high on cals, mine is 2300 at 5-11 209lbs currently with 21%bf, still dropping. Go to my thread and take a look at my diet so you can have an idea of foods and stuff to get approx those amounts..

Yeah i saw some macros but if you could do the leg work of posting each amount of calories, fats, proteins, carbs per food choice would be better for us to aid you.

Yeah, 1800 calories a day regardless of activity. Some days I would lift and do 60 minutes of cardio. Worked great, but I stalled at 192 pounds. 60/20/20 diet so I could keep protein high. Luckily I don't crash on low carb diets. I have a diet coach that helped, and she was surprised when I stalled when at 2000 calories and then again at 1800. I lost 40 pounds of fat over the course of last year, so this isn't a random, short-lived diet. Believe it or not, I started the year at 36% body fat. In the high teens now and headed to the low teens.

I have read that people that have done heavy dieting in the past need to eat fewer calories when dieting again. I have gotten heavy and lost the weight a few times in my lifetime with the biggest loss being 75 pounds, so that would certainly apply to me if that is true.

I know I am slightly unusual, but wanted to point out that your numbers seemed high. In the end you will just need to start somewhere and make adjustments after a week or two when you see the results.

We are giving you numbers in which we do our cutting, just so that you have an overall idea. You definitely need to bring calories below 2500 IMO and see what happens, you can always adjust it.

I workout intensively for 2 hrs a 5AM and 1 hr of HIIT cardio in the afternoon, each session i burnt 1000+ calories so i dont take it easy, with that said i am still maintaining lbm while shedding fat.
