Equipoise & Masteron?

I have 10ml bottle of equipoise 200mg & 10ml bottle of masteron 100mg. I am 25, 5,8, 172lb not wanting to put much size on just lean muscle and stay ripped! What dosage should i be taking? I have just started cycle last sunday 200mg of each per week is this ok?

no its not. There is no test in that cycle. So plan on being shut down with libido issues soon

I'll let Gixx help u with ur cycle if he wants, cuz he made 1st contact with u. But I'm gona advise u don't use anything rite now, u need 2 do a boat load of research 1st, ur cycle of Mast. & Eq. only, is a HUGE indicator of ur dangerous lack of knowledge & that can hurt u........PERMANENTLY.

Yes i have been pretty naive, i used to know alot and have done a few cycles in the past but have been off gear for 3year and wanted to do a cycle totally clueless that is why i am asking for advice,thankyou for input

My advice is dont do the Mast. / Eq. cycle, it can fvck u up. Use this site 2 educate urself, & then present a better cycle 4 us 2 giv opinions on. This 1 is just a no go, PERIOD.

if you havent cycled for 3 years a test only cycle would be fine. But i would def stop what you are doing now.

That's not nearly enough for a cycle anyways. Save it and do some research, it won't go bad.

Yeah thankyou i will stop and do research, in the past i had good gains off test cyp i was thinking off adding tht if you are telling me to add test so how much should i take off all of them when i start back up?

1-12 mast 350mg ew

No need for eq it's generally regarded as worthless. This is what I would run. What's your proposed pct?

pct is something you need to learn about and understand. Def read up in the pct section of the board.

If he were 2 do his own cycle research, he also would hav been led 2 PCT research, & by the time he was all done, he would b a lot mor knowledgable & safer. I wasnt being a dik when instead of telling the OP wut 2 use, I told him he needed 2 do his own research, he needs 2 really kno wut he's using & y. Giv a man a fish, & he'll eat for a day. And they want to stay members also because we gave them some help and pointed them in the right direction on what to research. If you tell them to just research it can come off as a brush off IMO
I like the middle ground. Don't just lay the cycle out like you are against doing, but don't just give them no info either and say "go research"

Well worded. That is how I've generally learned best and kept my motivation. Like you said just saying RESEARCH can lead them astray.

your heart is in the right place, no doubt.
But step back for a second, and look at your own advice from the shoes of a newb.
In essence, i agree with your advice.
However, it is not effectively presented.
What do i mean by that?
Instead of making bold sweeping statements, you need to back that up with "WHY".
People really don't want to be told what to do. I sure as shit don't. Instead, I like to be shown what to do, and be able to ask questions if needed.
If you want to make a statement, then be prepared to back it up. show them the link where they need to go and read/learn more.
A gentle discussion is much more effective than a one way oratory.
You need to partner up with some of these newbs and show them the way. Telling them they need to read is one thing. but to a newb, it is sometimes overwhelming, and confusing where to go. But if you gently show them the link where to go, and guide them, you are going to get a much better response, and the newb will definately learn more.
