I leave for the army in about 7 months and Im good as in standerd wise, i can do 73 pushups in 2 min and 77 situps in 2 min, run the 2 mile in 14 but i would like to improve, im 6'1"
220lbs and work out regularly, but i would like to loose this fat and would like to be 200 by the time i leave. any tips thanks.
