    First cycle help, no AI?

Hey guys it's my first cycle, I'm 21 years old , 5'11 and 155 pounds, diet is in check and have been training for 2 years. So I was able to get a hold of some dbol, test e, and nolvadex for my first cycle and am wondering if you feel I can do without the AI for a cycle like this. I know it's ideal to have one like arimidex but it's pretty expensive. Can i properly prevent and treat gyno with just nolvadex?

    The cycle:
    Weeks 1-12: test e 500mg
    Weeks 1-4: dbol

    PCT:
    Weeks 14-18 Nolvadex 40mg/40mg/20mg/20mg

    1. If symptoms arise of gyno during the cycle take 20mg of nolvadex everyday until the symptoms subside or until the end of the cycle?
    2. Would i still use Nolvadex as a PCT if I had to take it during the cycle to combat symptoms? (and if the answer is yes would I use it during weeks 12-14 where I'm not using anything as well?)

    Thanks in advance, cheers.

its a bad idea to cycle at 21 you can permanently damage you endocrine system
and your diet is not in check at 5'11 and 155
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

agree with gixxer, you would be wise to read the educational threads before you decide to do anything. Knowlegde is power my firend. and the fact that you have to ask if you should run an ai raises some questions on your knowledge.

Yeah I've been trying to do as much research as I can before starting, I was just looking for some clarification though as to whether Nolvadex will be sufficient. I've seen a few sample stacks with dbol/test e and some had an AI added to it (which is obviously ideal) but some did just have nolvadex. I'm not in a position to spend alot of money so if some felt that nolvadex would be fine then I could continue.

stop researching cycles and research diet. You will get more out of that then a cycle. With your current diet you will gain little on cycle and will drop back down to 150lbs after. you dont know how to eat to support a higher body weight

Agree with ghetto on agreeing with gixxer. You're not ready yet young fella, period. Take advice from those in the know and head over to the diet section and post your diet. The BMs over there will be able to assist you with putting together a diet that will help you reach your full potential before AAS comes into the equation.

@ Op - No one here is attempting to cheat you out of muscle. The truth is if you dont solve the underlying cause of being so light- you will always wind up at 155 eventually.

Another huge red flag is your inquiry as to how to cut corner on compounds. If you can't afford a small bottle of ldex how are you going to afford to eat?

Gotta say I agree with the above posts. Cycling at 21 isn't a good idea and trying to cut corners on something that has the potential to seriously affect you over the long run is just plain stupid. As others have said if you can't afford something that cost so little how do you plan on affording the proper foods to optimize gains anyway? Your best bet would be to save the money and get your diet in check, you can't honestly say at 155 lbs your diet is spot on. Your training could also be an issue, at 21 you should have no problem gaining muscle since test levels should be off the charts at that age.

Hey guys I appreciate your help/concern, but I can be stubborn and this is something I'd like to do. I agree with you guys completely regarding my diet I wasn't planning on starting this cycle for another few months. I've always been light, just been trying to eat clean but I will definitely up the calories.

However I'd still like someone to help me answer my original questions regarding if Nolvadex can be sufficient alone.

You realize if we answer all your aas questions then we are advocating your steroid use. You said you were stubborn which is fine, many of us males tend to be. However, are you stupid or uneducated enough not to listen and heed our advice.

No, you wont. If you were going to "up the calories," you would've already. I'm willing to bet you haven't itemized your diet (with portions) and wrote out all the macros. If you got your diet sorted out, at 155lbs and 5'11, you'd make big gains rather quickly.

Remember you've always been light because you haven't ever eaten enough to support a heavier weight.

You're also at the point in your life where your natural test levels are at their peak. You should take advantage of it while you can and not risk damage over a few lbs of muscle.

Training for 2 years & your 155pounds?? C'mon bro, I don't think that's even possible your still that light after 2yrs under the iron at your age. I put on 30LB over 2yrs when I started @ 34-35yrs old with a half assed diet.
