Try chest and bis on the same day! And do back and tris on the same day, really good way as ur arms are fresh! Chest exercises for me to build mass: DB incline, Decline BB or DB, DB hammer press, do straight sets, isolation movements I feel don't build mass for me, they give good stretches and help with striations, if you want mass just do 3 heavy lifts IMOOriginally Posted by RyanBroo
