Hello guys I just got a quick question on the 5x5 routine posted on the various workout techniques from the stickie. It has me doing 1 5x5 exercise and 2 2x8-10 of the same muscle group. My question is this. I know on the 5x5 I increase weight on each set but on the 2x10 do I increase or leave it at the same for the 2 sets? Thanks for the replies
