    1st cycle, test enth queston

    I am running my first cycle, and I am using test enth only, most of the stickies I have read on the forums say to run it for 10 weeks, I got enugh to last me for a 12 week cycle. I have heard of people running even longer cycles then that but thats not what im interested in. My question is, does 12 weeks sound too long, or are the 10 week cycles just examples?

    Personally, I run that ester for at least 12 weeks.

    You got your OCT and PCT figured out? Hopefully you're ready to cycle...

    yeah i got a 3 week supply of clomid, and a ton of nova, it was cheap so i figured i would buy a ton, even if i dont use it all there is always next cycle haha, thanks man 12 weeks just sounds has a nicer ring to it

    250mg monday morn, and 250mg wed afternoon, 500mg a week

    Run it 12 weeks. 2x a week @ 250 mg each pin. Start adex @.25 mg eod. Adjust as needed. 15 days after last pin run Clomid 100/50/50/50 and Novla 40/20/20/20. Eat train sleep. Good first cycle. Should make nice gains.

    Jonny, can you pick up some hcg? if so run that 250iu 2/wk. if you're not sure what it is search it here. it will make your recovery a lot smoother.

    I agree with Mickey, HCG should be top priority. You don't want to start your first cycle and see your balls shrink down, you'll freak out. Not to mention it is extremely beneficial for your recovery.

    If you don't already, I would get an AI to counteract gyno if it were to flare up and to help keep your estro in check.

    Get your diet down solid, this will be the key factor to your gains on cycle!
