Anyone tried it? Specific methods of taking it better than others? Any brands better than others? I only ask as I have done creatine in the past and like others didn't get much out of it. THEN i read a report on Creatine from a university study, implemented creatine in such a fashion as outlined in the uni study (much like what is outlined and commented here in the forum) and voila i'm getting great results on creatine!
