Yikes! That could put a ton of stress on your thyroid. Look out for sides and see how you feel, not much you can do now. Try to be more careful and pay attention, you could really mess yourself up if you were to do that multiple times.
Side note, I wouldn't go past 120mcg on the clen either, it's not necessary!
Yeah i agree with Johnnny!!! You are not dealing with cranberry juice here, this stuff can cause harm if not used properly. So mark the bottles or do whatever you can to make sure it does not happen again!!! Good luck!
One day is not going to fck you for life or anything, just dont do it again, and im with johnny, dont ever go past 120mcg. if you are not seeing results it your diet, not the clen.
They are labeled and just was being careless.
I am seeing results for sure ... But it was under my impression that you take as much clen as you can handle the side effects...
I'll cut down the dose to 120mcg.
Thanks everyone.
You are one of the lucky ones that do not get too affected by the clen sides. I on the other hand shake like crazy which is why i'm more about albuterol now than clen.
Actually in a way you are right about clen but the problem is after 120mcg it really doesnt make much difference in the body so why waste it?? Thats why most go to 120mcg because they are the same results as 200mcg except for you wanting to jump out of your own skin.
Be more careful though!!!
I have literally zero side effects from clen cept increases heart rate.. It's my go to drug of choice for all things fat related. Works every time for meOriginally Posted by Papiriqui
I am having stomach cramps like after you been running and start getting cramps in your side...
Could be because I ate
Just because you don't feel it does not mean it's not working. Check your resting heart rate everyday and your heart rate after working out. It will be higher than your baseline. Your body temp also should be up about 1/2 a degree from base line. Because of all this you should also be sweating a lot more than normal.
I agree with everyone above that said dial it back to 120mcg (I know you already said you would, just adding to the consensus). Also agree that you don't need massive sides to know it is working. I get almost no sides at 120mcg after the first day but never go any higher.
