If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
Honestly! Your stats say you are 6' 5" 160 at 18% BF You are skinny fat and need to concentrate on the diet and excercise and less on the supplementation. Sorry if the terminoligy sounds rude.
i haven't started yet but what would u recommend on dosages?
my stats is wrong I'm 5'6
yeah i figured that out...
i know that, I'm working on it already , i just need results as fast as i can, a job I'm getting second week of january.
At your age what kind of job would require you to do AAS?
It doesnt require me to take aas, it just require a body that looks better and bigger
160 lbs. at 18% bodyfat leaves you with 132 lbs. of lean muscle on you as we speak right now. You are not anywhere near ready for anabolic steroids.
First you need to get your bodyfat down just a bit lower. In time, a good diet and training regimen should be able to get you up to near 200 lbs. at a lower bodyfat %, which is about where you should get before deciding to hop on any cycles. Getting on cycles with your stats will only make you severely prone to injury, and not to mention leave you with no muscle after your cycle is done.
Get your diet together along w/training and then you should research a test cycle. No need for any other compounds at this point. Test only is a very good cycle. I just started one myself and i guarantee if you do everything right you will be satisfied.
Hit PCT Forum to get that together too.
Thanks guys
I agree. The idea that you can get up to 200lbs at a low level single digit body fat without help is an unrealistic goal at that height. It's unrealistic for most guys 5'10" and under IMO.
Best I ever looked was around 2005. I was 197lbs, 5'9" and had my body fat checked in at 4.3% using the dunk tank and 4.1% with calipers. I was also miserable but I did look good, lol! That was at the end of a contest prep...down from 235lbs. It was also after nearly a decade of lifting. Anyway, that wasn't reached with what I'd consider a big cycle for myself, bigger than average but not as big as they would soon get. My point, I think a lot of people misunderstand or have the wrong perception of numbers in regards to what's actually obtainable, not only naturally but even with gear. Of course, you go into the big boy world of gear (massive insane cycles) and the rules begin to change.
