I've been considering a cycle for a while now but had a few questions I was hoping the people on here could help me with.
First. I've always had my best gains with a three day per week split (tue/thur/sat) with either a upper/lower or push/pull split. And I rotate back and forth between those every 12 weeks or so. Would this still be a good frequency if I was on a steroid cycle?
Thanks in advance, and I'll have alot more questions in the coming weeks. I want to know as much as possible going into this so I can hopefully get as much gains as possible with as as few negative effects as I can.
