Blood pressure is sitting at 165/107. They figure it has to be the pain from my " issue" but Im thinking its up because im not
Mobile but have all this test running thru me. They just told me that the new pain meds should drop it. Have to get it checked tomorrow.
So how does a guy that cant move get his blood pressure down right now? To be honest, i can usually feel it up but i cant right now. Any suggestions?

Did you tell them your on test?

Did they offer you any meds?

Yes added test will indeed raise your BP. Something a lot of guys who cycle don't realize and why they should always monitor it while on. And it doesn't matter your age on this either. Test does elevate your BP and if your prone to having a little higher than normal levels on your BP, the added test throws you right on in the danger area.
Blood pressure pills will bring it down. But you probably don't have any handy like lopressor or metoprolol.
And pain and high blood pressure go hand in hand. So when your pain meds kick in you should notice some drop in the BP. Get out the old monitor and check it often till you get steady safe BP levels again. That is all from Doctor Shol'va tonight..Hope tomorrow you will be back to your good old abnormal self..lol
PS: I see this has happened earlier so you should be better by now if they gave you some good pain meds that is. Something opioid based will do fine..

All good. Bp still a bit high but i just got off the river so I am in a good mood. Percocet helped alot. I do have a stock pile of bp meds that i started taking. Ive been thru worst.

Thats why high blood pressure is called 'The Silent Killer.' You're often asymptomatic, meaning you feel no differently then you normally would. What type of pain killers did they prescribe you? Opiates will drop your blood pressure temporarily, but a beta blocker like Clonidine would be a better solution. I don't know the specifics of your case, but when you said your "issue," are you referring to something pain related? If you are in severe pain, it can cause an elevated blood pressure, but not to the point that you're at now. However, being on exogenous testosterone in addition to severe pain can only serve to exacerbate such symptoms.
