I'm in my 7th week of sus&deca cycle, and I think my nipples are getting puffy, sensitive & almost a lil white at the end it's only my second cycle. Of it is should I start nolvadex 40mg a day for how long and what dosage?? Any info is appreciated..

Are you taking an AI? Caber? Any actual discharge from your nips? It's all about estrogen control. Read the below articles as well as all the stickies.

Sounds like the begining of Gyno to me. I would use some LETROZOLE.

Thanks for those threads kelkel. I couldn't find the stickies. I'm in aust so nothing is easy to get hold of so I would have find and order letrozole. I only have clomid and nolvadex on hand??

Sounds like you need to start taking tamox on cycle. I am doing the same thing. Catch it early.

you need to run an ai on cycle to control e levels. i realize you have the two serms on hand, but can you get an ai where you are? regardless, i would start taking nolva at 10mg/day and monitor for 5 days until your letro (or ai) comes in.

That could take 3+ weeks. My Tamox, Liquidex and Clomid sat in customs for over a week before they released it to Auspost

But did you eventually get it? Do you mind saying what site it came from? I think the nolvadex has brought it into check anyway but it'll be good to have for next year.
