Would like to say a massive congrats to my mate and ex training partner Sammy for entering his first comp and winning well done mate!!!
Sammy started our gym in late 2010 and was just a scrawny loud mouthed kid but he had heart and hunger for his goal!
His goal was to compete and yesterday he did it with pride I'm proud of this boy.
He's done nothing but eat sleep and breathe gym and he came out on top.
Now he wants to go further bulk up and see where it gets him.
It may of been a local comp in England but the lad won and that's what matter!
