ya i read the sticky. but didnt see any company names. thx gdevine. actually my main concern was micronized. would it say that on the bottle?

Yes it will say so on the bottle if it is micronized. That's certainly the type you want. You can get it a lot of places on-line. I actually can get it at a little mom and pop vitamen store here where I live.

Yea, they carry it because women use it while they are pregnant for something. At least thats what they told me, it was in the womens health section.
