I've been reading up on igf and am really interested in using it. However, I've literally read conflicting information on just about ever aspect of it. Some of the info might be dated, so I figured I'd come here and get someone's experienced opinion.
Pre or post workout?
Reconstitute with AA or BW?
Bi-lateral IM injections or non-localized IM or SQ injection?
4 weeks on/4 weeks off or 8 weeks straight?
ED or EOD injections?
