Ok this is my first post. Ok a little history, im 6.0 I was at 285, started dieting and lifting weights. got down to 247. My bench press went from 155 2 times the first time I lifted to 185 6 times. I did this on no suplements at all.
I started a cycle. I don't really know if it was the smart thing to do but I did. 2 weeks in my bench press is at 205 6 times last time I lifted which I think is a huge gain. My weight is swinging 245 to 250. My thing is I don't want to gain more weight, I just want to gain musile and loose body fat. I don't feel hungery and I have lots of energy.
My question is how much should I eat? I probably eat about 1500 calories max.
My end weight goal is 220
