Cutting cycle short. When to start serms?

How long after the last pin should i start nolva and clomid? I ran dbol for 4 weeks and I am on week 7 of 500mg of test e.
I want to end the cycle early because I already have had great gains. I was 24 years and 9 months old starting the cycle. So I want to get out early before I stay shutdown any longer.
